Rocky Balboa

surprise????

I hope this will be my second entry for the "Drawn to a Moment" Contest. Organized by: + news.deviantart.com/article/12…

let me explain why i've chosen Rocky / Sylvester Stallone to draw, even if he is not that popular here on DA
and has not that pretty face like all the other men i drew so far.
i always wanted to draw him, because HE is the Hero of my childhood.
I've always loved the Rocky Movies, especially 3 and 4.
and after thinking about that contest, i watched the movies again. Yes they are "pretty" old but they don't get any older. They have not lost their charme. I still love the "spirit" and the story and of course... i really like his athletic and muscular body.

this scene is from Rocky 3 (also shown shortly in Rocky 4)
it's when Rocky drives around on his motorbike, overwhelmed by his grief and anger,
he looks up at the Rockystatue and throws his helmet against it.

anyway long story short , i've put all my heart in this drawing and really hope you like it as well as i do!!
and maybe (even the younger members here) will watch the movies!
